The facilities was modern. Cleanliness was very apparent. I appreciated the supermarket located nearby. I enjoyed the pool area. There was usually free space. The hotel team gave us wonderful pastel de natas. This was a very nice touch. Staff added an hour to accommodate our needs. This was very helpful.
The room temperature was centrally controlled. It was horrible. Two nights, my daughter was drenched. We had unrestful nights.

The room was modern. It was spacious and clean. A fully equipped kitchenette. The bed was super cozy. Large windows provided natural light. I enjoyed a fine view of the city. The rooftop pool area was a real highlight. It allowed for relaxation after sightseeing.

bottled water kind staff comfortable room small gym distant location city center
the staff was kind i especially appreciated the bottled water and coffee provided. the room was stylish and comfortable it had a great living room. parking was easy and worth the money paid for the hotel.
the gym was tiny it only has some machines available. i found the location a bit further from the city center. however there is a supermarket across the street that is useful.
